Old and dignified meets craft and the contemporary. Sweet and spicy candied orange peel dipped in smooth dark chocolate leads to a centre of cardamom, lemon and pineapple glaze.

Whilst the nose is rich, caramel and luscious toffee, the finish is the deep dark tones of the Tasmanian rainforest.
